Clarity. Healing. Space.

I’ve always been drawn to the language of the body.

To the way it holds stories, patterns, and traces of what we’ve lived through. Long before I had words for it, I was listening through sensation, and began to notice how experiences settle into muscles, breath, and nervous system responses, and how much can be revealed when we slow down enough to feel.

My path into this work has unfolded gradually, shaped by personal inquiry, hands-on practice, and formal training. What began as curiosity became a committed practice rooted in skill, study, and lived experience.

Over time, this has shaped my understanding of the body not as something to fix or override, but as something intelligent, adaptive, and deeply responsive when met with care.

How I Work

My work sits at the intersection of therapeutic bodywork, Reiki, sound therapy, and somatic inquiry.

I am trained in a range of hands-on body therapies, including deep tissue, osteothai, and myofascial approaches, and I work with Reiki and sound therapy as complementary modalities that support regulation and integration. Alongside this, I have completed tertiary studies in Health Science and Naturopathy, which informs my understanding of anatomy, physiology, and the broader context of health and wellbeing.

This combination allows me to work with both sensitivity and precision, allowing me to respond to what is present in the body while staying grounded in professional standards of care.

Sessions are responsive rather than prescriptive. I don’t follow fixed routines or apply techniques for their own sake. Instead, I listen closely to the body’s signals and work at a pace that supports safety, trust, and integration.

The Heart of Clarity Healing Space

Clarity Healing Space is a living practice.

It’s a place for people who value depth without intensity, and care without pressure. Each session is a collaborative meeting point between practitioner and client, body and awareness, technique and intuition.

Much of my work is with people who are reflective, sensitive, or navigating periods of transition. Some arrive with physical tension or stress, others with a sense that something needs space, attention, or re-orientation.

You don’t need to have the right language before you arrive. The work begins with listening.
