My work is shaped around four interconnected pillars.
Each one offers a different way of meeting the body, the nervous system, and the moment you’re in. Some are more physical, some more subtle, some more reflective.
There is no hierarchy here.
Some people begin with touch. Others arrive through resonance or guidance. The work meets you where you are.
Touch
Therapeutic Bodywork
Touch is often the first place the body feels safe enough to speak.
This is skilled, hands-on bodywork that supports physical ease, postural balance, and nervous system regulation.
Sessions draw from deep tissue work, Thai massage, and myofascial release, adapted in response to what the body is holding and how it responds.
Touch can offer relief, but it can also offer recognition, a sense of being met and a chance to land back in the body.
Available as single sessions, massage packs, or ongoing memberships.
Resonance
Reiki & Sound Therapy
Resonance is about recognition and coherence.
These sessions use Reiki, or Reiki combined with sound, to support the body through stillness, contact, and vibration. Hands are rested gently on different areas of the body, or sound is introduced through bowls or tuning forks placed on or near you.
The work is subtle and minimally invasive, allowing the system to soften rather than brace. Resonance can be particularly supportive during periods of sensitivity, emotional processing, or integration.
Sometimes what’s needed is not more pressure, but more space.
Alchemy
Integrative Bodywork
Alchemy is where layers begin to speak and integrate with one another.
These integrative sessions weave together therapeutic touch, Reiki, and sound, allowing physical tension, nervous system patterns, and subtler layers to be met at the same time. Alchemy invites a more holistic and deep response.
People often choose Alchemy when what they’re carrying feels layered, complex, or difficult to separate or when they want to feel deeply held, nourished, and recalibrated.
The session unfolds slowly, guided by your needs and intention rather than a fixed sequence.
Clarity
1:1 Guidance
Clarity is sought when in need of direction or when information requires crystallisation.
Rather than working only on the body, Clarity focuses on a collaborative process where we inquire, listen and integrate what is asking to come to fruition. Informed by somatic awareness, years of consulting and business work and lived experience, this is where the “magic” really comes together.
This pillar includes two pathways:
Soma & Soul for Personal Direction and Growth
Clarity Business for Holistic Practitioners
Clarity sessions are offered by enquiry and can take place online or in person.

You don’t need to arrive with certainty.
Some people know immediately what they need. Others feel their way in.
