Touch: An Act of Remembering
From the time we are born into this world, the body craves to hold and be held.
Actually, it begins even earlier — in the womb, wrapped in warmth, sensation, and sound.
We are held before we understand what it means.
Held before we even know we are separate.
Just as we are held by the universe, we are made to hold each other.
It lives in us. It is our birthright.

Integration is Everything
One of the biggest mistakes that people embarking on spiritual or personal growth journeys make is not creating enough space and time for integration.
Undergoing periods of growth within ourselves on a physical, emotional, spiritual, or personal level can lead us to important realisations, shifts in our perspectives, opening ourselves up to new things, forging new connections, and sometimes profound healing and transformation within ourselves. With such big and powerful changes happening within us, it is important to take the time to integrate the major shifts, learnings, and healing that we experience.
