Soma & Soul programs are 1:1 embodied and holistic processess that work with the body, nervous system, emotional landscape, and subtle layers of experience together.
Soma & Soul usually unfolds over 4-8 sessions, depending on what is alive and how the work moves.
Sessions are held online and paced to allow integration.
