PLEASE BYO YOGA MAT & SLEEPING MASK
Over the past few months, I've been thinking a lot about what it means to truly slow down.
Not slowing down in the aestheticised way that social media often portrays it. Not booking a holiday, lighting a candle, or escaping from life for a few hours, but slowing down enough to actually hear yourself again.
To notice what is happening beneath the surface.
To feel what has been asking for your attention.
To recognise the conversations you've been postponing, the emotions you've been moving past, the dreams you've been placing on hold, and the parts of yourself that have been waiting for you to return.
We live in a world that is constantly pulling our attention elsewhere. There is always another message to answer, another piece of information to consume, another responsibility to attend to. It becomes remarkably easy to spend weeks, months, or even years moving from one thing to the next without ever creating enough space to ask ourselves how we truly are, what we genuinely need, or whether the life we are building is still aligned with the person we are becoming.
And yet, whenever I sit with people in my practice, I'm reminded that beneath our different stories, circumstances and challenges, many of us are navigating remarkably similar questions.
How do I stay connected to myself whilst holding everything life is asking of me?
How do I create space for what truly matters when there is always something demanding my attention?
How do I know whether I am living in alignment with what I value, rather than simply reacting to what is in front of me?
And perhaps most importantly, how do I remain connected to my own inner voice in a world that rarely stops speaking?
This Full Moon in Capricorn, I invite you into a space where there is nothing to achieve, nowhere else to be, and no expectation beyond arriving exactly as you are.
Together we'll spend an evening stepping out of the rhythm of everyday life and into something slower, more intentional and more connected. Through meditation, ceremonial cacao, Reiki and immersive sound, we'll create space to reflect, reconnect and listen more closely to what is present beneath the surface.
We will begin with a guided meditation and intention-setting practice, allowing ourselves to arrive fully and reconnect with what feels important in this moment of our lives. From there, we will share ceremonial cacao before being guided into a deeply restorative sound journey supported by Reiki throughout the space.
As the evening draws to a close, there will be an opportunity to share reflections, integrate the experience, and honour whatever has arisen.
I don't believe a single evening changes your life.
But I do believe there is value in creating moments that allow us to return to ourselves.
Moments where we remember what is important, where we feel supported by community, and where we can soften enough to hear our own truth again.
My hope is that you leave feeling more connected to yourself, to the roots beneath you and the people beside you. That you leave with a nourished heart, a clearer mind, and a deeper sense of gratitude for the life you are actively creating.
Most of all, I hope you leave feeling glad that you gave yourself this time.

ABOUT YOUR FACILITATOR
Hi, I'm Clare.
I'm the founder of Clarity Healing Space and a holistic practitioner based in Berlin.
Over the past few years, my work has evolved into a weaving together of therapeutic bodywork, sound healing, Reiki, herbal wisdom and embodied self-inquiry. While the modalities themselves are important, what interests me most is creating spaces where people feel safe enough to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and listen to what is genuinely present beneath the noise of everyday life.
My approach is guided by both science and spirituality, but above all by the belief that healing begins with presence, honesty, and a willingness to meet ourselves where we are.
It will be a pleasure to share this evening with you.
REIKI SUPPORT
Throughout the evening, Reiki support will be offered by Maya Hahn (Mayantra).
Maya's work is deeply inspired by nature, ritual, embodiment and the innate wisdom that exists within each of us. Through her practice, she creates spaces that encourage healing, remembrance and a deeper connection to self.
She brings a grounded and nurturing presence to the room and will be offering Reiki support throughout the sound journey.
Spaces are limited to maximum 10 participants.
